Prebooked on line but was told to come back in 20 mins. Left another client in the middle of treatment to what appeared grudgingly foil my nails for gel removal. Another staff member carried out the manicure and although she was very friendly manicure was poor and ragged and polish very messy and all over my fingers. (5 year old grandaughter does a better job) Not good won't go back.

I was unexpectedly asked to work on a Friday which was when my shellac nail appt was booked in for. I called on the off chance on the Thursday to see if they could fit me in at short notice. I was in luck as they could.
I was greeted very warmly when I arrived and was told to take a seat and offered a drink. I pointed out that I had a broken nail on my thumb and the beautician managed to do something to stop it from breaking any further.
The whole experience was very carefully done and the result was fantastic. My nails were all ready for me to start work the next day. I received lots of compliments about them too. I’ll be back again to get them redone in 2-3 weeks.
