My eyebrows were threaded perfectly even though they are challenging as they had been done badly before and the hair grows in different directions. Happy! Also had a lovely facial and back facial/massage which has left my skin glowing. Very pleased and will be coming back.

There was some initial confusion over the time and day I had booked for, but Prabjot was polite and nice, as were the staff at LM Beauty. The piercing gun got stuck on my ear at first, but Prabjol dealt with this very calmly! It's been a week since the piercing and it seems to be healing well.

I booked an appointment for facial & eyebrows threading at 10.00 but then Prab phoned & texted me straight away that it needs to be rescheduled at 12.00 which is OK cause I am free anyway at that time. She did a great job! Very kind and polite, keep on asking me to check her work until I’m sure I’m happy with the result. She also suggested the best shape for my eyebrows. Will surely coming back. Great service, great value.
