Stylist was amazing. She was trying to fix the mess her colleague had made a few days earlier. She couldn’t fix it but she made it less horrific. She was very knowledgeable & knows her stuff. The owner was very hostile, the stylist who ruined my hair previously was also off with me. Tried to charge me full price & was very condescending. My hair is now dry & frazzled & ginger. An apology or some compassion would have made it better, but I just got denials & bad attitudes.

Asked for a balayage refresh on my already balayaged hair & left with a full head of ginger hair with an inch root. It looked like I had a grown out home box dye. When I asked the stylist what had happened she said “I don’t know” & walked away. That was it. There was no apology & no acknowledgement. I had to argue with the owner who begrudgingly offered to fix it - it’s not fixed, just less patchy. They wanted to charge me full price because I quote “we used a lot of product to do that”.
