I've only been to pretty brows twice so far, seen both times by Mano and she is so welcoming and friendly, treated me like an old friend. The second time I had booked online and didn't realise they had moved to a different building so I was late for my appointment, noone was angry or upset, just very welcoming and understanding. I felt so comfortable in this shop and would 100% recommend!

Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Took my granddaughter to have her ears re. Pierced as they had closed up staff really lovely Mano was so reassuring and kind and totally put my granddaughter at ease, all the staff where really friendly salon lovely clean and bright truly great experience.
