Took my 12 year d daughter for dry haircut and ear piercing, mano was brilliant, very welcoming, professional and kind. The hair cut was brilliant and my daughter loves it, the ear piercings she really was gentle and put my daughter at ease and distracted her also by askin my daughter questions about school as she done the piercings. I will be returning to pretty brows to get other treatments, absolutely brilliant and mano is a lovely woman.
