I thought I booked a gel manicure as stated in the description, but when I arrived, I was informed that I’d have to pay £15 more. To make matters worse, they wouldn’t accept card payment and directed me to a dubious ATM which ended up retaining my card. When I returned, they suggested rebooking the full treatment.
