The staff were really nice, especially the girl who is at reception. However, booked a mani and pedi and whilst having my pedi, I had another lady doing my manicure, so it wasn’t a really relaxing experience. At the end of the appointment, I had every member of staff do one thing or another in respect of removing shellac, painting nails etc, which means that you can’t really build a relationship with the 5 different people that assisted in mani and pedi.

Would have forgotten the nail art if I didn't mention again... Nail art turned out absolutely horrible and ruined the aesthetic..was told i had to pay 5pound extra if i wanted gel polish and encouraged me to go to the atm for the 5 pounds.. Took out 10.. When going to pay took out the 5pounds and suddenly I had to pay 9pounds..was quite confusing and just irritated at this point.. Spent more than expected to wish i didnt even even select nail art in the first place.. The nail shape, size and painting is really good though.. Just the nail art and the extra expenses that ruined it at the end
