first time at the salon and won’t be back. they gave me a guy who was basically a trainee with no experience, who didn’t speak a word of english so i couldn’t explain to him what i wanted and did the finishing coat 3 times because he kept on messing it up until when another lady had to fix it so overall the nails have been done 4 times before an acceptable result even came through. also, the beauticians are stingy so if you’re the type of costumer who has preferences in regards of the layers of coating for your coloured polish or whether or not to close the tips DO NOT go. they won’t listen to the costumers and just do whatever.

Manicure was done in a rush therefore nail polish wasn’t applied properly to cover whole nail surface. Cuticles not cleaned properly so polish is getting off now & water gets underneath my polish. At the end of the treatment for both manicure & pedicure, therapist didn’t clean the nail before applying the cream.
Moreover I have been overcharged £20 (£10 & £10) claiming that I requested proper manicure & pedicure when the price on Treatwell was just for applying the polish - this is a big lie because when I booked the appointment online the description included the words manicure & pedicure and stated that appointment will take more than an hour.
Last but not least, location not convenient- too complicated to find the place.

Great first experience at pretty little nails. First time getting dipping powder gel done and love them! Will definitely come back.
