Despite arriving 5min later to my appointment, I had to wait for another 15min for my treatment (classic manicure and pedicure) and as a consequence there was not enough time to get my pedicure colour done before having to leave. The pedicure was very superficial and the tools didn’t seem properly cleaned. The manicure was rushed while the technician was also working on another client’s nails. The colour application was quite uneven and not covering the full nail. Overall quite dissatisfied, given all the positive reviews of the salon - I was expecting a lot more. The technician was otherwise nice but the service was quite underwhelming. Will not be going back.
