Zena was really warm and welcoming and explained every part of the process well including the benefits to the body of the various treatments. It is very evident that she has trained extensively in order to be able to provide the best treatments possible, all while ensuring that the customer is relaxed and making the whole experience enjoyable.

The facility is beyond gorgeous loved the Arabian feel of the room. It’s very warming and clean. Its the best nail gel manicure I’ve ever had. Zena was such a lovely lady very welcoming and professional. She took really good care of me and made the time to make sure i was getting what i came for, I would highly recommend anyone coming here. If your looking for a special pamper I would highly recommend her service. Thank you Zena I sure will be visiting again soon.

Firstly, really great massage & Zena obviously knows what she’s doing. Can’t fault the massage. Unfortunately though, Zena was 25 minutes late for my appointment, blaming the app not notifying her when I booked the appointment 8 hours earlier. Then at the end, she told me I hadn’t paid & to pay her via bank transfer. I had paid already through treatwell and showed her, she then refunded me through treatwell & said I had to do a bank transfer instead. All VERY dodgy & ruined an excellent massage.

No one turned up for appt. Booked in advance and prepaid, got there an hour early but met a resident nearby who said she would usually turn up for appointment so I went into nearby cafe to make up time and phoned to tell her I was there. There was no sign that was a salon and even Uber driver confused. Came out at 1.45pm and waited. Called again at 5 mins to 2pm to say I was worried as still shut down. Called after 2pm to say I was there. Gave my phone number each time. No response. Left 2:30pm
