I loved my make up very natural and pretty. I showed a picture for a guide and she did amazing. She was very friendly and professional. My makeup and lashes stayed all night. I will definitely be getting it done again.

The appointment was very rushed, the slot was 1 hour however the treatment was done in around 40mins. At the appointment she stated she did not normally do nails so I do not understand why she went ahead. I was very unhappy with my nails when I left, I was too shy to speak up. they quality was very poor, parts of my nails missed and the day after they had already started chipping and peeling off. I messaged zena to explain and she did not even reply or offer to fix them. Would not recommend
