The appointment was very rushed, the slot was 1 hour however the treatment was done in around 40mins. At the appointment she stated she did not normally do nails so I do not understand why she went ahead. I was very unhappy with my nails when I left, I was too shy to speak up. they quality was very poor, parts of my nails missed and the day after they had already started chipping and peeling off. I messaged zena to explain and she did not even reply or offer to fix them. Would not recommend

Zena is amazing , so professional throughout. I wouldn’t trust anyone else now , her room is always clean and I love our chats , she makes you feel so comfortable and makes waxing enjoyable!

I was quite nervous getting my makeup done, but Zena made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had no idea what I wanted so I asked her to do what she felt would look good… and it looked AMAZING!! Really talented, chatty, and nice, would definitely recommend!

I have been to Zena for waxing 3/4 times now and her wax is the best wax for my skin, I have not reacted in a bad way for the first time in a long time.
Zena is so welcoming and so kind!
She takes everything at your pace and makes you feel so comfortable.
The room is so tranquil.
