Great salon! The staff were so friendly and the treatments I had were top notch - my eyebrows look great after threading and I can't stop looking at my fresh gel mani, such a good job. Fantastic selection of colours for your nails too! Will definitely be returning x

I had the most wonderful experience at Prim & Pampered. The staff, especially Huma & Farah were the most obliging staff around. They both made me feel comfortable, offered tea made me feel at ease.
The root tint that I had booked for was an exceptional job. Farah is a very, highly experienced and talented woman, her concentration towards her job is phenomenal. Top marks. Definitely be return for high lights :)
Hair Colouring
Had a lycon brazilian wax. Very friendly staff and nice place. Quite expensive but I suppose that is London prices. Also I prefer my Brazilian "landing strip" with a bit more hair but She did not ask me how much I wanted taken off therefore I was left with a very tiny strip of hair left. Everything else was great.
Brazilian Waxing
Diabolical service from both treat well and the venue. Turned up to be told that I had not made an appointment despite showing them my booking confirmation. At this point I was told they could fit me in but only if I waited over an hour (the salon was EMPTY!). By this point my patience had worn thin and I was not offered anything whilst I was waiting. I then decided that it was not worth the awkward wait as I had booked an appointment I expected to be seen at my appointment time (or at least close to it!). Never had problems before with treatwell. Extremely disappointed customer here!!
