Nice ambience even though no music was there. The lashes did not curl properly and the overall money value was definitely not worth it. The girl noticed the lashes did not curl properly and did not do anything about it.
A lovely little salon. I felt really relaxed under the provided blanket and my lashes were okay, good value for money.
Eyelashes were done quickly, naturally and have lasted really well!

While my actual treatment experience at PrimaLashes Belgravia could not have been nicer (including the final result which I loved) - it has only been 4 days since I got the classic lash set and I have already easily lost between 20-25 lashes - and those are just the ones I have physically seen come off on my face, pillow, desk etc.
As someone who has had lash extensions many times (though never before from PrimaLashes) I am aware this is not at all normal and really disappointing to see. Lash extensions should fall off in accordance with your natural lash cycle. I know this is not the case here as not only would you never lose 25 lashes in 4 days, but I can see that JUST the lash extension is falling off here - where as normal you will see the extension fall off attached to your natural lash - which again happens very slowly over time.
While the technician did a great job and was really lovely - I would not return as its a waste of money to pay for lash extensions which are falling off so rapidly that they already look noticeably different to when I left the appointment and it has only been 4 days. I feel as though I deserve my money back.
