I’ve had the same facial with the spa directly, and this was way different. The only step that was done was steam and extraction, and nothing else. Not a great experience, and not what I would call a facial.

Felt like heaven after walking out! Thank you. Every staff I spoke to was incredibly helpful. The lady who did my massage was great at putting me at ease and asking if I was okay with the pressure etc.
