Poor value for money - 50 minute facial treatment in 40 minutes

Massage was ok but customer service isn’t great. My appointment was moved, last minute, to 45 minutes earlier without confirming with me. I called, emailed and left a voicemail to say that I would still be at work at that time and no one responded.
