Amelie wasnt my therapist. I had to call multiple times over 2 days until they finally answered. I had booked a relaxing massage with a 10 min facial - only the massage had been booked in. They changed my timings to accommodate the facial in.
The massage itself was fine - it felt like someone was slowly rubbing thick oil into my skin, whilst you could hear doors bashing from the other rooms. Not very relaxing, oil could be at least heated a bit? Not much attention to detail.
