The beautician was really lovely and friendly and efficient (fast). There were a few hairs left behind which I plucked when I got home, but would have liked a little more done to eliminate those, maybe using strip wax at the end (it potentially could be my fault due to long time between waxes). Overall great clinic, very clean and professional experience. Recommended.
Hollywood Waxing
I have been to Primas before and the treatment was fine. This time, I was seen by a different lady. In all my 8 years of having Hollywood waxes, this was by far the worst. The whole experience was wrong from start to finish.
When I arrived the bed was not even prepared and she left no towel for me to cover myself with for when she came back in the room to begin the treatment - something that is just totally standard and respectful for the customer.
I am very used to waxing and find it almost painless now - but her technique was extremely uncomfortable and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.
At the end of the wax she asked me to stand up while she got the room ready for the next customer - BEFORE I had even had the chance to make myself decent.
It was all completely wrong and disrespectful to me as a customer, especially for such an intimate treatment.
I booked for a Hot wax and she also used strip wax for nearly everything.
Will never be returning to this salon.
