Just what I needed. I was in pain and needed help asap. The back shoulder and neck massage was perfect and great value. My only negative was that the rooms aren't completely closed (meaning the ceilings were open if that makes sense), so you could hear other clients and their conversations. A bit weird. Overall though, loved it.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
Helen was truly amazing! I've had massages all over the world and this is up there with the best massage ever. It was like Helen could literally see the knots and problem areas. Cant recommend Helen highly enough. The room was just off reception which wasn't brilliant as you could hear the phone and other customers so it's not the most relaxing but its worth it for Helen to work her magic!
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
Overall experience was good. However, when it came to doing the inside of my tights the therapist did to pull the skin with her other hand which made the experience a but more unpleasant.
Also when I told the therapist that I want only my big toe done she still did the rest of the toes saying there is hair and she did them anyways. I believe it is the customer's choice to decide if they want it waxed.
Otherwise the studio is nice and the location is convenient. A bit of staff training to match the price would be good.
