Very friendly staff! My technician did a great job on applying the lashes extension, she showed me photos beforehand to gauge the length and style I was looking for so I felt at ease, knowing we were on the same page.

The lady was absolutely lovely and helped me choose a colour for an upcoming wedding. Finally found a Good place close to work that's reasonably priced.

This was my second visit, and I will be back again. The only downside was that Treatwell double-booked most of their appointments throughout the day, so I had to change my appointment time. This wasn't the fault of Primas, and they handled the situation very professionally. The treatment started a bit late due to all the booking issues during the day, but again, this was not their fault.
