Only one problem - the girl doing threading was not that great - pinched my skin quite a few times so that a small area above my lip got swollen. Either do a better staff training, or put somebody else to do that particular treatment.

First time visit to Primas and very happy with the result. Different beauticians for the threading and tinting and both very attentive and lovely. Comfortable setting and excellent service from when I entered to when I left. A great place in central London. I'd go back.
