I walked in to my appointment and told the lady that I did not want her to take too much off of my brows. I do not like it when they are too thin. She did not listen and she waxed so much of the shape off (that I've been working to grow). I was so unhappy and she wouldn't admit that she messed them up. I left crying. Would not go back.

Always a great service & really friendly staff. So relaxing on a break from work! I think that the threading was done a bit too quickly & the shape of my brows wasn't as good as previously but I was still happy.
