Staff member made me feel slightly uncomfortable when she looked at the hairs on my leg. She also complained my legs were too dry hence the wax was sticking to it.

The staff only had me down for a half leg wax, but I had booked (and paid for) a full leg wax. This meant that the treatment took longer than they expected, and the appointment became extremely rushed! A second girl had to come in to help finish the wax. This made me stressed as well, which wasn't ideal. Also, there were patches of long hairs left on my legs - likely due to the lack of time. But the venue is great! And the staff is lovely.
