I booked my first facial here and although the staff were very nice the facial was not up to the standard I was expecting. The room was cold and the therapist did not talk to me about any of my concerns/skin type before the products were applied which I found a bit odd. I was left alone in the room while the face mask was applied which I always find annoying as I'm paying for a therapists time and most spas offer a hand/arm/foot massage which the mask is doing it's job. The products they use are nice. I'm not sure I would return.

A really beautifully presented salon, loved the heated beds, and the staff were lovely!
