Keep your eyes open for this lovely place as there is lots of scaffolding next to their shop and is easy to miss! As soon as you walk in the staff are smiling and super friendly, beautiful Colombian ladies. With a glass of water I was taken to my private room where I had my treatment. As it was my first Brazillian wax, my therapist (Liliana) took it easy so I could take some breaths between the pain, but overall still only took 20mins. She is a super professional person who clearly loves what she does and gives lots of advice. Minus the pain - it was a great experience. I'll be going back again in future 100%. Thank you!
Gorgeous salon, gorgeous therapists and gorgeous treatments. I've been lucky enough to go to Primas a couple of times now and have loved the atmosphere and warm friendliness of the staff (as well as the treatments!). The facials have been excellent - performed professionally and with care. The therapist offered great advice, explained every step and was genuinely passionate about her work. I also sneaked in a lash tint while there and was truly impressed with the care and attention to detail of what, to many salons, would just be a run of the mill treatment. I can't recommend Primas enough - not only for the quality of the treatments but also for the ambiance. This is an absolute gem of a salon to visit and the girls go out their way to make sure they deliver an amazing service - can't wait to go back!
I was very happy with the wax I got with Marianna. She's very sweet and friendly. She made me feel at ease. The place is fantastic. A big salon in the heart of London! The staff there was great and make you feel comfortable as soon as you enter. Marianna was quick and the wax job was detailed. The only reason I give it four stars is because it was slightly painful and if she pulled the skin or pulled off the wax in a smoother, quicker way it would be avoided. Having said that, I have sensitive skin so this could be specific to me. Overall, fantastic place and I am sure to go again!
Hollywood Waxing
I had a Hollywood wax with Marianna. This was my first visit to their new salon and was very pleased with the service. Marianna made me very relaxed the whole time and was swift making the pain more bearable. The price is also as reasonable as London can get. The salon is massive and it's beautiful. I will definitely go back. I wish the girls good luck with their new salon!
