I ordered 60 minute neck shoulder back massage but received email confirmation of 30 min. When I called, reception agreed to fix but was abrupt/unfendly and didnt apologise. Masseuse was 15+ minutes late to arrive and had nonexistent technique or pressure (literally just rubbing in oil). Her long acrylic nails actually scratched my neck both sides repeatedly and I had welts afterwards (have photo to prove this). They did offer me complimentary 30 min massage for lateness. Very poor
