I was very impressed with Laura. She was kind, thoughtful and very caring. She explained the details in depth and I felt thoroughly relaxed in her care. As it was my first experience of this type of treatment I was nervous to begin with but Laura put me at ease with her friendly caring attitude and her experience. Thank you Laura.
