The salon was clean and tidy. Customer service wasn't great when I walked in. I felt as though the lady at the counter assumed I knew where I needed to go for my appointment, however it wasn't obvious which treatment room I should be going to. The waxer was nice, however I did question the temperature of the wax to which she replied that the machine was on the right temperature. The procedure was slightly painful but over quickly. However the next day I realised I had been burnt by the wax which was not a nice experience at all.
