The salon is a bit crammed but seemed fairly clean. The receptionist and some of the staff weren’t particularly friendly and didn’t even acknowledge me for quite some time but the technician was really nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
Brazilian Waxing
The woman was very thorough with my eye brows and I was extremely happy with the results. Best place to get your eyebrows done in Shepherd’s Bush!

It was awful. The beautician was unable to use hot wax properly so I came out patchy and brusied. And now two weeks later I have so many ingrown hairs it looks awful.
