I have never had such a horrible experience in a salon!!! First they make me wait for 20 mins to have a haircut, second the lady who cut my hair was she f****! Deaf or what!!!! I specially said no layers!!!! Arghhhh and all she did was layers in my hair totally hate it. She has no bloody experience at all plus when she washed my hair. I had a spot in my forehead she bloody scratched and make me bleed they’re so unprofessional and they had very stupid staff definitely never again and pls pls do not go there or booked this salon for hair they’re f****! Useless

I paid for an hot holliwood waxing and they used the normal waxing for half of it. The lady that did the waxing had no idea of what she was doing. Overall a very bad experience
