The lady who did my treatment was very lovely and tried to be helpful but definitely needs more training. Didn't like how owner was getting my tech to stop my treatment to bring her things for the treatment she was doing with her client when she could have gotten the things herself instead of interrupting mine.. Quite rude to treat workers like that especially in front of customers.

Hina and the other member of staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming, but my hair up, even though very pretty didn’t last all night, maybe they just need better hair pins that’s all ;)

I’ve been trying to find a masseuse who doesn’t just do the usual routine, but who recognises that there is something wrong with your back and spends time dealing with the issue. And I’m very pleased to say that my back, shoulders and neck got the treatment they’ve been craving! Recommended!
