The technician didn't umderstand what I asked for and didn't properly prepare my nails for the acrylics. She left gaps on my nail and acrylic on my skin and cuticles which she filed to harsh. After showing I am not satisfied and having to show her how to do her job, the manager came a bit hostile to me saying we should stop the treatment since it's a waste of timr and had me pay anyways for acrylics that will barely last 1 week and trued to bribe me with a 5 quid voucher. Not going back.

Absolutely thrilled to have found this Salon so close to home! Lovely service, Hina is so friendly and clearly loves what she does. I can see myself becoming a regular appearance at her salon.
