Terrible Customer Service. I arrived for my Henna and Eyebrow appointment and was told that the henna lady was not working and so I would be issued a refund, months later I am still waiting for refund!!!
After contacting treatwell they informed me that the male manager at Prime Look said I did not show up for my appoinment...can you please explain then how I had my eyebrows threaded if I was never there?
It is terrible customer service to not refund me and then to lie about whether I was there or not. Will not be coming back and will be taking matters further until my refund is issued.

The polish pedicure was simply the great, they give me full spa and some massage with it, even it was just classic pedicure. Thank you for your good service
