I had my first ever massage today and Nerijus was great. I ran a marathon yesterday and felt very stiff and I had a lot of years of built up knots and tightness so the massage itself was a bit sore at times but Nerijus was incredibly assuring checking if I was ok and if the pressure was ok. I will definitely be back as my legs feel fresh!

I feel alive again, it’s worth the pain of the deep tissue massage.
