I had a deep tissue massage at Nero Physio this past week. I have recently decided to get back into being healthy and exercising regularly, as discussed with Nerijus we decided this would be a great option to relieve the tension in my muscles from my recent training sessions.

I had a back, neck and shoulders massage at Nero Physio. I didn’t really know what to expect from this as I don’t often go for massages but I have to say this was quite relaxing and my body felt relieved after the session.
