Colour is great but I wish I'd been told before the blow dry that it would be another 23 pounds on top of what I'd already paid as I would have opted out.

Went in, was expecting a trim. Felt like I was treated poorly, they didn't seem to have a clue. Not happy with my haircut, the front is longer than the back when I wanted it one length. I was told that I was 'no good' because I didn't want it blow dried.

Everything was great - all staff were friendly, very efficient as my hair was washed, cut, dried and straightened within an hour and Maggie did a fantastic job! Will definitely be back :-)
