Very rough wash, didn't speak to me during it. When he was finished washing my hair he didn't say anything and just pulled me up by the towel around my neck. Bit shocked at this rough and ready approach. No 'ambience' or friendliness towards me. He kept commenting about the poor condition of my hair and my blonde highlights and to be honest I left the studio feeling quite deflated. Otherwise I was happy with my new side fringe, and the other hairdresser seemed very friendly and chatty.
