Second visit to Primmo as it is excellent value. This time was disappointing. Appointment started over 30 mins late and I was made to feel demanding for asking to be finsihed on time as I had a train to catch...I was constantly reminded he was rushing just for me. Pulled my hair a lot when washing and kept leaning on my shoulder with his body right on top of me. Very uncomfortable.

Really uncomfortable experience. Lady did not speak good English and did not understand what I was asked for. Balayage technique very different to other places I've been to. Price was also a lot higher than I was quoted on the phone. Hair does not look as bad as I expected, but won't be returning.
Very happy with my haircut. Really quick and exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
