No customer service - the man cutting my hair barely even spoke to me Wash, cut and blow dry took 20 minutes - was very rough and seemed annoyed that I was even there! Really over priced for what I got - £34! I left feeling like I could've gone to a reputable salon for the same price and received a good service. I won't be going back.

I'm extremely pleased with my haircut, and everything else during my visit. The staff was friendly and talkative, offered a number of beverages, the venue was clean and gave a nice atmosphere. The price was very good for a wash, haircut and blow-dry, and was done in record time. I'm definitely coming back! :)
