Very basic... Not much of a relaxing or welcoming environment. Highlights are hardly even lighter.

I think you get what you pay for in this instance. Staff were friendly and I was fairly happy with my haircut, but the place doesn't look very inviting and I definitely felt like they wanted to quickly cut my hair and get rid of me.
I said I didn't want my hair washed by they didn't even dampen it before cutting it, which I found very odd.
All in all ok though.

I found the experience very uncomfortable. For my first visit to the salon the level of conversation was VERY inappropriate. At one point I think I was asked if I was a stripper?! Very arrogant hairdresser. I felt very uncomfortable, but didnt want to cause a scene, especially with bleach in my hair so nervously laughed along. But left feeling quite strange about it all and obviously offended.
