I showed pictures, paid extra for a toner for balayage and my hair still turned out yellow. The blending was not good and I feel like there was more emphasis on buying a toner and having an attitude before actually asking or understanding what I wanted regardless of me having pictures of my own hair previous times. Would not recommend

I wanted to keep the length of my hair but as the front was cut much shorter than the back, he had to start again and ended up taking much more off all over. I was also told that hair grows so it doesn’t matter. Not impressed.
