This was my first time having a massage and I had a very painful back from bad working posture. However in my 30 minute session I felt like some of the tension was released and it was a relaxing experience. I also was made to feel very comfortable as I had felt a bit apprehensive before coming to my appointment. Overall a great first massage and I would definitely return. Thanks!
