My first cupping session and really loved it!
Despite some reservations about it working I was pleasantly surprised and I personally did not find it painful or uncomfortable at all.
A painful knot I had near my shoulder blade for quite some time is pretty much gone now and my back muscles feel less tense!
The cupping was followed by a 10 min massage (£10) - recommended by my therapist who explained this would help relax all the muscles that had just been pulled by the cupping.
A the end of it all I felt pleasantly light-headed :)
I did find the £10 for 10min massage a little steep but I will most likely be visiting Primo Health again, especially if they continue running promotional offers!
