Small massage centre in north London, I was pleased with my deep tissue massage which was half price for summer sales so good value !
With a deep tissue massage, you're not looking to relax, it's usage is to work out the knots in the muscles which accumulate over time. With this, you need someone who knows the body and knows how to work the muscles well. After having my first massage with Primo Health, I'm hooked! these guys know their stuff and are very good a diagnosing issues deep in the muscle tissues to ensure that problem areas sorted. They are also conscious enough to know when to work something hard and when something might be too painful to work through at that moment.
All of this only comes with experience and they have it in spades. Well worth the money and likely be making them my regular.

I was looking for a proper, skilled, deep tissue massage to fix some very deep knots which I had neglected for far too long. My treatment was exactly what I wanted.
Lisa was brilliant! She was very experienced and accommodating to areas I wanted specific work on. Since the treatment I feel so much better and will definitely return.
Lisa was also extremely wonderful in seeing me half an hour later than I had booked (public transport issues) and still gave me the full hour. Lovely friendly service too!
Cannot recommend this place enough!
