The staff were good and so was the treatment. My full body massage was more a back massage only but very good. The reflexology was lovely too.

This wasn't the most pleasurable experience however the massage was very good and sorted out my neck and shoulder tension remarkably well

It was not the type of massage communicated in the advertisement, I would not have chosen this type if it had been clear so feel rather disappointed and missled

The venue was clean, staff was nice. The only issue was that they have booked two people for the same time by mistake. Therefore my massage was done by another staff than it was supposed to. The lady who gave me the massage had also another customer in the next room, therefore she had to run away to see that customer in the middle of my massage, which was a bit upsetting. Also she used her mobile phone couple of times while massaging me, which was very unprofessional. Otherwise it was very nice experience.
