Therapeutic Massage
I wanted a deep tissue massage but that's not what I got. I wasn't asked about any problem areas however I told her before starting, it wasn't assessed before starting. The massage was what seemed like a regular Chinese massage. It got rid of the tension in my shoulders and neck however quite rough on my lower back and left me sore for a few days.
Deep Tissue Massage
I did laser lipo for my tummy and face. Really didn't know, what to expect because this was my first time. I am happy about results from the first procedure: more defined jaw line and waist line!!! All this works the best in combination with work out, so I did some even before coming, little muscle moves during procedure and after. I believe it helped a lot. As well I started taking green coffee and grape seed extract pills some days ago to move my metabolism. Well, I believe this combination is not less effective than liposuction, more natural and cheaper! Coming back here in two days again. Strongly recommended.
I should say a good word about the staff and the center itself. So funny and friendly receptionist, who had patience to answer all my silly questions in very polite manner! And the place seems to be a proper traditional chinese medicine center!
The treatment was delayed by 20 minutes starting which wasn't great, but the massage itself was really good & helped ease the areas concerned.
