I had a great treatment at primo herb - the facial cupuncture was surprisingly relaxing and my face was plump and youthful afterwards. I woul highly recommend a course of treatments. I will be back.

I have damage to the tendons in my neck / shoulder and have been trying to find a really good acupuncture place since moving to London. Now I have.
Staff were polite and friendly, treatment rooms warm and comfortable and treatment very effective. I had acupuncture, cupping and massage and would highly recommend.

The customer service was excellent. I was allowed to reschedule my appointment due to mitigating circumstances
The therapist was friendly and attentive. The massage was painful at times because I had many knots to unravel
I will return again in the near future
Therapeutic Massage
The acupuncture was very good but the massage left a little to be desired. It seemed to be a bit rushed with various interruptions etc. The therapist didn't use any oil or cream for the massage and there was no real initial assessmsnet to see what I needed.
Overall, great for acupuncture but not for massage.

The staff here were lovely and listened while I explained where the pain was originating from, they gave me a wonderful relaxing massage and would definitely visit again
