Excellent treatment by Dr Jay. As before the Dr explained the treatment to me came in in between to check I was comfortable and I left feeling very relaxed.

The Dr asked about my problem, he explained the solution and treatment to me. He placed the needles in the required points very quickly, then left me to relax. He came in on and off to make sure I was okay. After the accupunture I had a massage which was advised by the Dr to promote the healing quicker. The massage was very nice the therapist focused on all the right points. After a few days my pain was alot less so I think this treatment really worked, but maybe need more sessions.

I do quite heavy workouts at the gym and I have a lot of stiffness on my back muscles and pain, plus I seat in front of a computer whole day. I did one neck, back and shoulder massage with Dr Jay and I feel much better. ☺️
