It's didn't really feel like a relaxing place. It was definitely clean, the staff were friendly but there was a lot of noise, the table wasn't comfortable, overall it wasn't a great experience...

The massage started 15 minutes late as there had been a confusion with another booking. I did get 10 extra minutes as apology. The treatment room was a bit cramped with no where to put my bag and clothes. Overall the massage was nice, stones regularly replaced when they started cooling. Value for money was very decent but will have to think about whether I want to come here again
