Really good. Would be improved if they offered some rejuvenating 'tea' before or after. Just to give a sense of the herbal products on offer downstairs.

This was my first acupuncture treatment, the placement of the needles were to the face. It was painfree apart from one needle which was applied on top of a vein and bruised my skin.
The needles were left in place for 30 minutes which was fine apart from the loud clock and uncomfortable bench / bed to lie on

Dr. Jay and the massage therapist were very nice and expert. They treated my pain points like back and legs and now I am feeling amazing with just one session of 60 mins in total of acupuncture and cupping and at the end relax massage . I will come definitely . Super recommended!!!
