I was very satisfied with the service. The therapist who saw me was professional and competent - I told him of my back issues and he fully understood the problem and acted accordingly. The massage definitely helped alleviating some of the tension I had in my back, I will definitely go back.

I am writing this review with pain in my shoulder from the worst and most confusing massage I have received. I wish I listened to myself and left the room ten minutes in because i am now paying for it. The massuer (although i highly doubt is professionally licensed) first off was sick, coughing and breathing heavily through the entire ordeal. While i was asked for a hard massage, I did not expect her to fully mount my body on the table and proceed to pick random parts of my body to press and release. While I understand what she was intending to do from previous professional massage, she lacked the basic understanding of how to apply pressure, how to hold, and where to pay attention to in order to release pressure.
Half of the massage was also done under a hard towel and at times I screamed out in pain and she did not let up on what she was doing. I welcome and appreciate a hard massage when the person is trained to apply said pressure, however this experience did nothing to relieve my back pain. It is actually worse and I have a booked a massage at professional establishment to correct the problem.
I was I could have brought this to the attention of management but they did seem in sight and when paying, i was not asked how my experience was.
