Staff was friendly. However the room was bleak and there were spots on the towel, no ambience at all.
The massage was uncomfortable at times. I'm not experienced, so I don't know if it needs to be this way. But what should have been a relaxing massage was just unpleasant overall and the day after my back and neck hurt terribly, this can't be right.

While I was having the massage, a small child was screaming and running up the hall and I could hear other people watching TV. The room was clean and the quality of the massage was fine, but I didn't find this relaxing and wouldn't return. Also -- the person named in my booking confirmation (a woman) was not who was assigned to me (a man) so you may want to call to confirm if you have a preference.

Overall satisfied with the treatment and will book again. However, if you're looking for ambience then this possibly isn't the best place as you can hear what is happening in other rooms/outside etc.
